This project proposes the construction of Radava Residence in Konjic Municipality. Radava Residence is a luxury apartment complex on the land of 2 300 m2. Included in the complex are basement garage, ground floor and seven residential floors, which make a building with a total of nine floors. Total construction area amounts to 6 306 m2. Overlooking Radava river and close to the city centre of Konjic, Radava

Project “Kula” – Construction of Residential, Sports & Recreation Facilities Istocna Ilidza
This project anticipates construction of several sections: square, residential housing, hotel with fitness centre, swimming pool with a wellness centre, indoor pool, a restaurant-hotel, tennis hall with a bowling alley, the sports facilities for tennis, volleyball, basketball, handball, restaurants on the water, "ethnic" village, with a mini golf facility for equipment, playground, church and porch, conservatory, race tracks (trails for horses and ponies), stables for horses and

Construction of Sports and Recreation Centre Slatina Laktasi
Slatina Spa is located 14 km far from Banja Luka at altitude of 190 meters above the sea level. The main characteristics of this region are the clean air and abundant thermal springs that reach the water temperature up to 42 °C, as well as mineral drinking water from a source known as "Kiseljaci." Slatina is the industry unpolluted, peaceful tourist destination with a long tradition of spa tourism and excursions.
The land foreseen for construction of sport and recreational centre is next to the Slatina Spa health centre which has renovated hotel, a new hotel, and pavilions.The objective of the project is to build a tourist, medical, spa, and recreational centre that is expected to bring a yearly income of minimum 1 million euros.

- Hotel complex, 4 or 5 star, G+4 as the height of the building is limited on the proposed location, with 150 beds, outdoor and indoor swimming pools,conference hall, restaurants, shops and services, sauna and fitness centre with therapeutic massage.
- Hippodrome of the standard size riding track, stables with the boxes for the horses and horse boarding stables, internal riding track and swimming pool for the horses.

Construction of Aqua park with sports centre and business complex Maglaj
The location for the project is situated inMaglajcity centre near Sports hall and approximately 0.5km away from the railway station. Distance from the Sarajevo airport is 130 km and Tuzla airport 80 km. Municipality of Maglaj was founded in the 15th century, covers an area of 288 km2 and has 27 000 citizens. The project proposes development of modern swimming pools, sports centre and business complex at surface of 7,000m² located in Maglaj city centre.

Aqua park – Istocno Novo Sarajevo
Sports and recreational water park an area of 3.5 hectares designed as modern complex with an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a children's pool, sports and recreation grounds for basketball, tennis and football, with spa centre and other supporting facilities such as a dressing rooms, ticket office, sanitary and technical rooms. Aqua park will be open throughout the year. The aims of this project are to
strengthen and develop the tourism and sports infrastructure in the municipality, city of East Sarajevo and the region as a quality of life for citizens.

Reconstruction of the former girls' high school building in Mostar
The Girls' High School, dating from the Austro-Hungarian period and occupying a total surface of 15 000 m2, dominates the eastern riverbank of the Neretva – just above the famous Old Bridge.From the beginning, the Girls' High School was conceived as a multi-functional
structure, accommodating shops, offices, teaching rooms, social meeting places and sports facilities in one single complex. Its prime location, combined with its architectural significance and flexible inner structure, predestines it to become again a focal point of inner city of Mostar. This project attempts to conserve the most significant architectural and historic aspect of the building, while at the same time introducing modern architectural elements which had to be adapted and improved for contemporary use as follows:

Usually called as "the city of the sun and plane trees", Trebinje is one of the most beautiful cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is economic and cultural center of Eastern Herzegovina region, with many attractive locations and monuments (historic Crkvina Hill with Hercegovačka Gračanica monastery, Tvrdoš monastery, Catholic cathedral of the birth of Mary, the Osman-PašaResulbegović mosque, Arslanagić Bridge, etc.). Based on the advantages including land, infrastructure, tourism potential, and proximity of the Adriatic Sea this project proposes, construction of the “Trebinje Resort” with the following:

Sports and Recreation Centre Čajuša Kupres
This project involves creation of Centre for different sports and recreation activities. The northern part is intended for hotel accommodation,outdoor sports facilities (stadium, tennis courts, and volleyball courts) and walking paths, which will be used in the summertime as a bike path. On the south side, it is planned Motel which includes sports fields’ for handball, volleyball, hockey, and tennis, as well as stadiums and restaurants.

Construction of the Health & Recreation Centre on the Mountain Lisina
The site for construction of Health & Recreation Centre is state owned and has the most competitive advantages in whole Vlašić area (ski trails and fields, numerous forests and watercourses, ethnic houses – cottages, watermills, windmills for electricity production, sanatorium for patients with respiratory problems, heart and blood circulation diseases, etc.)

Construction of Jahorina 5 * Hotel
In order to satisfy the needs of tourists who demand high standards of
products and services, this project proposes construction of the five-star hotel at site where former Jahorina Hotel was constructed. The hotel aims to become one of the leading hotels in the area of South-Eastern Europe with 245 rooms including 138 standard rooms, 55 rooms "superior" category, 40 rooms "deluxe" category, 10 "junior" suites and 2 Presidential suites. Spread out over four buildings, there are planned 3 restaurants, 4 bars, Spa & Beauty Centre, a fitness club, indoor pool, indoor parking and conference space for 250 participants.

The project would be implemented in several phases: Development Phase I - Conceptual development - planning documentation, feasibility studies, etc;

Thermal resort “Logobare” in Tesanj
Thermal resort Logobare Tesanj has a complex with the big swimming pool and few Jacuzzi and it already works but only seasonal. This project proposal concerns upgrade of already existing buildings and construction of the accommodation capacities (hotel rooms) and restaurant. It is also foreseen the landscaping of the park and walking trails.

Villa Wellness Spa centre Goranci in Mostar in the rural area
Villa Wellness Spa centre covers an area of 1000m² and consists the following facilities:
Interior: reception, kitchen, basement with wine cellar, two rooms of the energy works, 8 double rooms, indoor pool with jacuzzi, geyser, counter-current swimming, a waterfall, bio-finish sauna, infrared sauna, salt room, solarium, massage and rehabilitation part, fitness and cardio rehabilitation part and Clinic.
The restaurant and 5 rooms are in function. Air conditioning on two floors is completed. Also, there is a possibility for rehabilitation centre.

This project proposes construction of tourism resort “Slаtinа –Ljеšlјаni” with central spa-accommodation facility and water bottling. The central facility will provide accommodation and services for spa, rehabilitation, recreation and sports tourism. So far “Slаtinа –Ljеšlјаni” resort has completed the following investment: asphalt road, transmission and other utilities, open-air swimming pool with thermal mineral water, and several facilities under construction –restaurants and six bungalows.

Reconstruction and rehabilitation of the existing and construction of the new capacities of Dvorovi
This project proposes reconstruction and rehabilitation of the existing and construction of the new capacities of Dvorovi Spa Complex.The existing spa capacities include a spa, a hotel (completed first phase of the three planned phases), five outdoor pools, a health center, a restaurant, a park and sports courts). It is necessary to renovate all the existing capacities and to build additional capacities (remaining phases of the hotel complex). An unfinished indoor pool is located within the existing hotel. Also, in order to meet tourist demand and to attract new tourists, it is necessary to introduce new wellness services and to build additional facilities (e.g. aqua park, trim trail). Dvorovi Spa has a unique renewable energy resource: healing thermal mineral water of potassium-calcium-hydrocarbon composition.

Construction of a Motel and Bungalows at “Paradise Beach” in Bratunac
“Paradise Beach” is the only developed beach on Drina river, 3 kilometres from the border crossing with the Republic of Serbia. The beach attracts over 2000 bathers per day and so far more than 400,000 KM have been invested by the municipality and private donors in construction of access communication (asphalt access road with pavement) and beach infrastructure (city water, public lighting, sports fields and children’s playground, public toilet, eaves and space for barbecue, camping area, etc).

ARMONIA RETIREMENT HOME, MOSTAR
- To build a retirement home ‘Armonia’ designed to house ‘active’ adults over the age of fifty with: 5 apartments (35 m2), 14 rooms: 7 twin-share rooms (19 m2) + 7single rooms (15 m2), dining room, physiotherapy room, library, quiet sitting areas, prayer room, park with benches
- To employ and train at least 6 women and 3 men.

Development of Hotel complex in Bihac
This project proposes construction of Hotel Complex that belongs to the Una National Park. The land plot covers 1 500 m2 and it is placed 7 km far from Bihac towards Petrovac. Construction of the Hotel with 4 floors and basement has already started therefore the all approvals and construction permits are available. Hotel Complex has all competitive advantages in terms of location, since it would be situated along Una river, National park, hunting and fishing area, and near the Plitvice lakes and seaside.

Establishment of the Club Vegas d.o.o Tuzla
The major sorce of income for the project is the night club holding 2,500 to 3,000 people daily. Additional sorce of income for the project is the restaurant, VIP and wedding parties. Once the building is operation we have plans to develop a 25 room hotel on the 2nd floor, which is in progress at this point of the project. Along with the 25 room hotel to increase annual income an outdoor concert venue with outdoor permanent stage and lighting should support 5,000 to 7,000 people.

The construction of Ledici Village - Natural Life
Ledici Natural Life Project preserves the environment and offers Village Houses, Farm Houses and Luxury Villas to its customers. Total complex area is app.150 000 m 2 and construction area is 65 500 m2. Buildings are conceived with postmodern architectural design: Hotel (consists of 100 apartments, 40 m2 studios, 80 m2 apartments and 160 m2 apartments); 100 Villas (size starting with 160 m2, 240 m2, and 320 m2, and town houses of 120 m2); Sport facility; Swimming pools (men and

Ethno- village “Borina - Mostar”
This project proposes construction of Ethno Village “Borina - Mostar” at the area of app 9.80 ha with the following facilities:

The construction of ethno village “Sokolovgrad” Sokolac
This project proposes the construction of Ethno village “Sokolovgrad” in Sokolac Municipality. Total area planned for the construction of ethno village at Ravna Romanija is 45 ha. Sokolovgrad would occupy 5.30 ha out of the total area. Remaining area would be reserved for the construction of public, commercial and tourism facilities, as well as golf courses and cross-country skiing. The content of the very centre of Ethno village would be ballroom, sports hall, 12 traditional
houses, church etc. The construction of the economic section is planned near the village, which will be serving the whole constructed area. Ravna Romanija is partially built. There are villages, scattered type, whose population is mainly engaged in livestock and agriculture. This means that the infrastructure (water supply line, electricity, post) exists, but it is insufficient and it is necessary to expand the capacities and align them with future needs.

Establishment of the Ecological Park ”Borik” Bužim Municipality
By the resolution, of the Cantonal Ministry of Agriculture, No. 08-26-13608-2/09 in 2009, the special use of the forests, called the Ecological park “BORIK” Bužim is proclaimed and study is adopted. With the spatial planning documents, of the municipal administration, Bužim area is planned as a tourist destination. By the full implementation of the project at the site Borik ecological park will be built following sites: Lookout, Restaurant, 4 bungalows, 4 observation towers, children’s park, track with extra sports aids, hiking trails, etc.

ECO VILLAGE “ECOFUTURA”, SARAJEVO

Tourist & Recreational Centre “Boracko Lake” Konjic
The concept project proposes the construction of two new hotels and 35 bungalows on the municipality land near to Boracko lake, as follows:
· A first hotel with 80 rooms with 180 beds,
· A second hotel would have 60 rooms with 130 beds
· 35 bungalows with 40 m2 of space each.
· In addition restaurant, café bar, disco, congress hall, swimming pool,
outdoor sport centre and parking lot are proposed.
In accordance to their interest, potential investors are welcome to make proposals for the redesign the initial concept project.Additionally the Municipality can offer another plot of the land next to the lake of 4.756 m2 including a devastated accommodation building.

TOURISM RESORT “GOLDEN SHELL”, NEUM
This project proposes construction of the new tourism resorts “Golden Shell” in Neum. Size of a land plot is approximately 20 000 square meters and 260 meters of coastline. It is located next to the main road Split-Dubrovnik. The project foresees a total of 23 000 square meters of living area with around 280 Luxury Apartments (from 70 to 100 square meters), a unique high class Golden Shell restaurant, covered resort swimming pool, wonderful sand beach just across the street, etc. In accordance with their interest, potential investors are welcome to make proposals for the redesign of initial project concept.

THERMAL, MINERAL AND THERMO MINERAL WATER, KAKANJ
Construction of the complex- facilities for usage of thermo mineral water, the centre for recreation, sport and healthy food production together with the auxiliary servicing building in Kakanj.Economical- financial analyses of the profitability of the project shows that profitability from thermo mineral water source “Ticici”, is expecting in the auxiliary servicing building (Biljesevo) together with the centre for recreation, sport and healthy food production. Starting elements for dimensioning of certain capacities for the requirements of the economical evaluation are as follows: Accommodation capacity of the motel (50 beds), Restaurant capacity (110 sitting places), Swimming pool capacity (1 000 user daily), Parking (1 500m2), Fuel station, Shopping-business centre (1 500m2), Sport centre (5 000m2), and Food production centre (18 500 m2).

SUTJESKA HOTEL, NATIONAL PARK OF SUTJESKA
It has been declared as a National Park in 1962 and has been a member of European Federation of parks since 1984. With a large number of endemic plant species, 8 glacial lakes, hunting area of 43 000 ha, the largest preserved forest in Europe (Perucica), the highest mountain peak in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Maglic 2 386 m), the largest outdoor pool in the Balkans, and numerous monuments of history, Sutjeska national park is a very attractive tourist destination suitable for all year round tourism development.The project involves investments in reconstruction of existing Sutjeska hotel including renovation of exterior and interior design.

This project involves creation of Centre for different sports and recreation activities. The Wellness Center is planned under the Regulation Plan of Jahorina at the site of Obucina ponds, at altitude of about 1650 m. There are more than 200 houses and a few restaurants with smaller capacity at the part of Jahorina, which belongs to the municipality of Trnovo .The Wellness Centre at Jahorinawould enriching Jahorina tourists offer and provide ideal conditions for rest, recreation and relaxation.This project proposes construction “£àhîrinà Åcî Wellness “of 1500 m² with
luxury accommodations, aqua park with spas, saunas, physiotherapy
treatments, restaurant and other facilities.

HOTEL WITH SUPPORTING FACILITIES WITHIN KASTEL FORTRESS, BANJA LUKA
This project proposes reconstruction of existing structuresand construction of the Hotel with supporting facilities. The design is fully in compliance with the elements laid down by the RS Institute for Protection of Cultural, Historical and Natural Heritage. The hotel features several main functional units:
Accommodation area (total number of accommodation units is 20)
Hospitality areas (restaurant, kitchen with supporting area)
Public areas (planned for construction of a ceremony hall suitable for smaller conferences and presentations and variety of social events at the same time)
Auxiliary areas (cloakroom, toilets, garage, reception desk).
The planned area of Bastion 9, which is physically connected with the Hotel at the level of underground floor, is intended for holding of various social events - small chamber stage, cultural promotions, coffee clubs for youth and visitors, etc.

HOTEL “BRISTOL”, MOSTAR
The ''Bristol'' hotel in Mostar is an institution with well-known name and long tradition which is dating back to the Austrian-Hungarian period, but as a modern building it was opened in 1960's of the 20th century. Hotel is an ideal setting for the business people and tourists from all over the world. It is suitable for organization of different seminars and presentations, different cultural-artistic events. The structure of the hotel’s capital is private and it has a young team of 26 employees.The main objective of the project is expansion of the business and improvement of service quality including accommodation, gastronomy and organisation of events.

ECO ZONE KORIĆANI,VLAŠIĆ
The project involves construction of Aqua Centre, Educational centre, Residential complex, Hotel , Hostel, Restaurant and bars, Home for elderly people, Multiplex apartments, School, Kindergarten, Residential skyscraper, Hydroelectric power plant, Gas station, Offices, Shopping mall, Clinic, Cultural centre, Recreational park at the lake, and Golf park. In addition to tourism and recreational activities Eco Park also includes: two stadiums (indoor and outdoor), gym, tracks, Olympic swimming pool, and other facilities necessary for the preparation of sports teams. The complex will cover app. 20km2. There will be made an artificial lake on some 10-20 ha. Surplus water from the lake would supply a small HPP in the Ugar Valley and thus provide an electric-energy self-supply from the renewable sources for Centre needs. Thermal needs will be solved with a combination of solar panels and biomass, which will be provided by the local wood sector. This project is planned to start during the 2015 and it is characterized as being of strategic importance.

of Ice hall, i.e. to provide space for all sports: basketball, handball,

Reconstruction of Kosevo Stadium in Centar Sarajevo Municipality
The project proposes the reconstruction of Koševo Stadium and in accordance with the spatial plans documentation and urban zoning-technical condition. The Municipality’s intention is to build, within the complex the new structures of commercial facilities as: Hotel, Shopping centre, Multi-storey car parking structure, Service shops, Service buildings, Entertainment-recreational facilities and structures for children and young people, possible other attractive business facilities.
