Construction of a sports and recreation center-pool complex

The Municipality of Jajce is located in the central part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. On the area of 363 square kilometres live about 27.000 inhabitants. The rivers Pliva and Vrbas flow through this area. There are also Large and Small Pliva Lakes only five kilometres away from the town. In the heart of the town there is magnificent 21 meters high waterfall. There are 30 national monuments in Jajce Municipality. Most monuments are located in the city centre. Because of its magnificence, Jajce for decades attracts tourists from all over the world.
On the left bank of the River Pliva, on an area of 2630 square metres , it is planned to build a sports centre with more functions and sports facilities. The object is a combination of closed and open pool areas with accompanying contents and smaller stands. In addition to the swimming pool there is a gym, a spa, a bowling alley, a restaurant and a café, an administration room with a reception and a swimming pool. Open pool areas are connected to the enclosed part of the common area. The outdoor part includes sunbathing areas, children's playground areas, beach volleyball courts as well as outdoor entertaining facilities (cafe, fast-food, snack). The property has access to the square with foreseen areas for gathering and vacation visitors and parking areas with adequate parking spaces. Estimated value of the investment is about 2,000,000.00 KM.
